Subscription Terms

1. What you are buying

A Foundry subscription is a per-advisor license to the Service for the billing period you choose. CRM and tasks are included with every plan. These terms supplement the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy.

2. Prices and billing cadence

• Advisor seats are $199 per advisor per month, or $1,990 per advisor per year when billed annually.
• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and applicable fees, which are added at checkout where required.

3. Free trial and automatic conversion

The 14-day free trial requires a valid payment card. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription and your card is charged the then-current price for the plan and billing cadence you selected.

4. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) at the then-current price, and your card is charged for the next period, until you cancel. There is no minimum term and no early-termination fee.

5. Price changes

We may change subscription prices. We will give notice to the firm owner of record before a price change takes effect on renewal, so you can decide whether to continue before the next charge.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing settings in the app or by emailing support@foundryplanning.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your subscription stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for. See the Refund Policy for refund details.

7. Failed payments

If a charge fails, we may retry the payment and may suspend access until the balance is paid. Subscriptions that remain unpaid may be cancelled.

8. AI document import

AI document import is included with every seat at no additional charge. There is no separate add-on fee and no per-document or per-import charge.
