Refund Policy

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription stays active through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that. See Subscription Terms for how cancellation and renewal work.

2. Refunds

Payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where a refund is required by law. Because you can cancel before any renewal, you are never locked into a future period.

3. Free trial

The 14-day free trial requires a card but is not charged if you cancel before it ends. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid subscription as described in the Subscription Terms.

4. Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@foundryplanning.com before filing a chargeback — we will work to resolve it quickly.

5. Taxes

Taxes and fees already collected and remitted are non-refundable where we are unable to recover them.
